One of our best features is our ability to offer Private Appointments to our customers. We know it may be cumbersome or intimidating to come to an unknown location and have an unknown person look at your items.

 

Because of this, we gladly offer private appointments to all of our customers.  We will schedule a date and time to come to the location of your choice, your home, Starbucks, library, community center, etc., where you will be most comfortable.

Same in all cases, we will then have one of our trained staff, evaluate your items and them offer to purchase those that meet our criteria.  If you agree, we will pay you on the spot, it’s that simple.

 

It is our primary goal to make certain that all of our customers leave every transaction feeling like they were treated with respect and honesty. We cannot purchase everyone’s items. Some choose to keep them for numerous reasons, sentimental, just testing the water, or the price just wasn’t right, maybe we weren’t interested in purchased the items provided to us for evaluation.

 

In any event, that’s fine with us.  We make our best effort to do business with every customer and we are very proud of our track record.
